How invitations workInvite, join, or fix a link that is not working.
- The owner sends an invitation
Choose the teammate’s email, work and Places. Review their access before sending. Each teammate uses their own login.
- The teammate confirms access
Open the newest invitation and sign in with the invited email. Choose Accept private invitation to join. Opening the link alone does not accept it.
- Start in the right company
Acceptance opens the company that sent the invitation. Check your assigned work and permitted Places there.
Need help joining?
- Signed out or using the wrong email?
- Use the invitation’s sign-in or account-switch option, then return with the invited email.
- Link expired or replaced?
- Ask the owner to resend from Invitation history. Use the newest link. Resending keeps the saved access and revokes the previous link.
- Invitation sent by mistake?
- The owner can revoke a pending invitation. This blocks that link; it does not remove an existing teammate’s access.
- Result unconfirmed?
- Refresh invitations and check the status before retrying. Resends must be at least 60 seconds apart.
